They are no worse than the genuine parts and a two pack costs only 2/3 of what this single cable cost me. Their story: If the watch is over a year old, there is no warranty on any part of it, even if you just bought a replacement cable! (Some generic cables have one or two year warranties.) They refused to honor any sort of warranty for the replacement cable. I really don't climb hundreds of flights of stairs per day, but that's what my Sense has been telling me! Unless I get a totally different (non-Fitbit) watch.

Well, this genuine cable lasted only NINE MONTHS before one of the spring-loaded pins froze in place. I hope this one lasts longer than the original.
(Those little spring loaded charging contacts don't seem to last very long, no matter who makes the cable.) It's kinda pricey and my original Fitbit cable only lasted 18 months before it started charging my watch maybe 50% of the time. They refunded my purchase price in full, but I thought I'd go back to the genuine Fitbit product. I tried a 3rd party charger with a cute little charging stand for my Sense.
